Sussex Gardens
We recently completed a series of high-quality flat refurbishments in the heart of Paddington, London — transforming tired properties into modern, stylish living spaces.
Each flat was fully upgraded from top to bottom, including:
✅ New kitchen installations with integrated appliances and custom cabinetry
✅ Luxury bathroom renovations featuring bath with showers and modern tiling
✅ Fresh décor throughout, including painting, plastering, and lighting updates
✅ Electrical and plumbing upgrades to meet current standards
✅ New flooring — including new floor board and laminate, tailored to each space
✅ Finishing touches like skirting, doors, fixtures, and fittings
These projects reflect our commitment to quality craftsmanship, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. We worked closely with property owners to meet both aesthetic goals and investment value.
Paddington is a competitive area for property rentals and resales, and these renovations significantly boosted both the market appeal and value of each unit.
